Over 900 pounds of meat was carved up at the final round of Texas Roadhouse's annual meat cutting competition.

On Tuesday, Thirty of the best Texas Roadhouse butchers from across the country had one hour to cut their best sirloins, filets and ribeye steaks from selected pieces of beef.

The winner will receive a $25,000 cash prize.

"It's really an art," said Jason Mennie, senior director at Texas Roadhouse. "We do it to really celebrate our meat cutters and take care of our meat cutters. We really love our people so it's really a great contest to show them how we feel about them."

The top 12 are invited to the company's annual conference in April where the winner will be announced.
