HARDEES - 2260 N GLENSTONE AVE 07/24/2018 - Reinspection. Priority item corrected, no evidence of pests. Nonpriority Violations Found: 2. Observed: Gap along the bottom of the back door and door frame, allowing daylight in. Required: Outer openings should be sealed/protected to prevent the entry of pests. A door sweep was placed on outside, manager will get maintenance to look at bottom door plate. Observed: Hole in wall under 3-vat sink. Required: Physical facility should be in good repair.

Observed: light bulbs in hot case not shielded and coating was flaking off. Required: food shall be protected from equipment in disrepair. Will be corrected as soon as possible today. Observed: cooked sausage temped 124F in hot case. Required: PHFs shall hot hold at 135F or above. Product reheated to 165 and placed into pan to hold heat in. Observed: pulled pork not reheated to 165F. Required: PHFs, previously cooled, shall be reheated to 165F. Corrected by putting back into oven and reheating to 165F.
